Our Evaluators, David James, MS, ATC/L, and Debra Wagner-Yirku, PT, have been trained by the premier educators in the FCE field today, Roy Matheson and his staff. The education progam has allowed our team to develop an FCE progam that plans, administers, scores and reports an FCE that meets the reliability and validity requirements of the Practice Hierarchy of Industrial Rehabilitation. The Practice Hiearchy sets the standard by which all FCE's are judged.

Debra Wagner-Yirku, PT

Debra joined Vital Care in 1996 after working as an Administrator/Physical Therapist for HealthSouth. Previous to that, she was a Center Manager for Caremark/Baxter, and since 1977 has committed herself to the practice of physical therapy. She received her Physical Therapy degree from Finch University of Health Sciences at the Chicago Medical School in 1984. Debra is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She has years of physical therapy experience, especially with workers compensation patients, and has attended dozens of professional development courses which she feels both have made her an excellent evaluator of today's workforce.

David James, MS, ATC/L
