Dr. Stephen H. Treacy graduated from the University of Illinois School of Medicine, Chicago, in 1990, and did his internship and residency at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Additionally, he completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine from the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center. |
Dr. Treacy has been a part of Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine since 1996 and is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. As an orthopedic surgeon, he performs arthroscopic surgery, and as a specialist in sports medicine, his practice is focused on the treatment of injuries of the knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. As the sports medicine physician for Joliet Junior College, Seneca and Plainfield High Schools, he has the opportunity to work with athletes on a regular basis. Dr. Treacy holds clinic at these Rezin locations—Morris, Joliet, and Plainfield.
