Patient Education Center

The physicians, surgeons and staff at Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine are committed to patient education as part of an ongoing effort to provide you the highest quality of orthopedic care. Patient education is an integral part of our treatment program and we make sure that you, as a patient, are fully aware of your orthopedic condition—including diagnosis and all treatment options. If your condition requires surgery, we want you to be able to make an informed decision based on complete knowledge of your condition and other treatment options.

Our clinical staff will help you obtain a better understanding of your treatment and recovery process with the aid of brochures, models, and pictures. These are a great source of information regarding your orthopedic condition, inpatient versus outpatient surgery, return to work or play, physical therapy, and home care. For some major surgeries, we conduct classes to assist your pre- and post-operative planning.

Our professional staff is also available to discuss and answer questions regarding orthopedics in relation to the community, school, and industry.
